The Missing Hit

Topps came thorough in a major way yesterday. Not only did they replace every damaged card I sent in from the Unique break, but they also added a few extras, and replaced the missing hit.

They did all of this in ten days, and that my friend is what I call customer service. Its just a shame their redemption policy isn't as good.

Here's the two extras I received.

THE HIT!!

Not bad, but not that great.

Just a reminder the contest closes at 5:45 on the dot. This will be my final reminder. A few of you only choose one card? please choose three more or unfortunately you will be disqualified.

I understand that some of you may be upset about the prize, but take a look around there are very few Junior Bat Barrels floating around contests these days. Especially ones that are out of pocket, and independently sponsored.

This will be my last contest....

Good Luck

  5. There are four updates ( of course) just got to read em thats all.

This is not a dream contest. You are alive the prizes are real. Actually they are in a bubble mailer sitting in front of me waiting for an address.

I admit the contest is a little shaky, but I assure you there are FOUR cards on this blog ONLY that I don't own. If you want to retry your answer I will grant it to you.

All you have to do is ask Zach.

  7. Not bad at all. In my experience, Topps has always come through in the customer service department. They respond quickly to e-mails and usually do a good job of attempting to fix the problem. They most likely won't be sending out Pujols autographs to every single person that was shorted and I've even read about situations where they've worked with people who weren't happy with their substitutions.
